Khronos Ancient Art is dedicated to providing its clients with only authentic ancient artifacts. Items sold by us are GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC as described FOR AS LONG AS WE ARE IN BUSINESS! We will happily refund the listing price (plus PST/GST if applicable) on the slim chance an item sold by us ever deemed to be vastly different than described in our written “Authenticity Guarantee” provided with all items we sell.

Claims must be made by the original purchaser of the item. All claims must be accompanied by our original written “Authenticity Guarantee” as well as written proof from two (2) qualified experts which include Reputable Ancient Art Dealers, Curators of Major Museums and Professional Archaeologists (who specialize in the study of the type of item in question). Items must be returned to us in the same condition as they when we sent them. Claims for items that have been damaged (intentionally or accidentally) or altered in any way by means of, but not limited to, cleaning, restoration, or mounting will be declined. Also, we cannot accept claims for items sold on consignment (those with stock numbers ending in CN) due to the nature of such transactions.
